Replacement and Return We at Razwa Qataaf Farm believe that the buyer has the freedom to make a decision even after receiving the product, viewing it, and inspecting it in person. Therefore, we have established a very flexible replacement and return policy that guarantees our customers' full satisfaction with the product they chose from Razwa Qataaf Farm. Replacement: - The customer has the right to request a replacement within 3 days of receipt. - The packaging of the product to be replaced must not be opened. - The buyer bears the shipping and delivery costs. Return: - The customer has the right to request a return within 24 hours of receipt. - The packaging of the product to be returned must not be opened. - The buyer bears the shipping and delivery costs. In case of a defect in the product or an error from the store: - The buyer has the right to replacement or return within 24 hours of receipt. - The defect must be photographed and sent via the store's WhatsApp or email. - The return shipping will be at Razwa Qataaf Farm's expense. We harvest and ship fresh products from medicinal and aromatic plants from the farm to the customer at their own responsibility, and we do not bear any damage or harm caused during shipping. The customer has the right to request refrigerated shipping service at their own expense in coordination with the store management.
